Are you looking for something along the lines of EnemyDown, or CAL? If so, I think you'll be hard pushed to get anything decent for $2k. Many will prob. claim to be able to do it, but I doubt it. I'm part of a new gaming league being established in the EU for about 10 core competitive sports, and the devs have put in hundreds of hours of work and it';s not even completed yet.

I can ask them if they would consider reselling the code, but I suspect it would be over your budget.
