Game Database with Description/Title - 1200+ games

Intro/Background:
- I have in the past purhcase several Flash game packs from eBay for my game sites, including a pack of 1019 games, one at 1750 games, and another one that consist of 3000+ games.

However, to my disappointment, the so called game pack or database is nothing more than a collection of Flash SWFs + thumbnail images. The games are without description, not categoried and dont even have a title. I have no idea why it is "database" when there is NO text. In the end, I was forced to pay my staff to do it manually - opening each game swf, check the title, see if it is working, etc.

I am therefore offering this game database of 1200+ games.

You are paying for:
- my staff's effort to provide game title/description to 1200 Flash games
- it cost me 200+ hours so that my staff can sort through 5000+ games, remove duplicated games, non-working games, and provide description

Why is it worth paying for:
- non-working games are removed
- non-english games (unless you can still play the game easily without actually need to understand the on-screen text) are removed
- duplicated games (from 3 collections i.e. 1019 games, 1750 games and 3000+ games) are removed as best as we could
- all game come with description (not perfect English but it should be good enough) and title so you can use it immediately
- can be used to update your existing Arcade site (GSS, GS, SS, phpA)

Price:
$38 for 1200+ games with title/description
- thumbnail/swf included for reference
- extremely low! I bought the one without description for $40 above; and I think other site are charging $50+ for 250. Now you get 1200+ at $38.

I just bought one yesterday and got it within a few hours...Jak, about the phpAS format it will work, you just have to change around the database a little bit, which really isn't that hard. I got all the games installed into phpAS in my arcade from my signature. (plus some others) Thanks for the great sale forgetmenot!

Game Database

Basically the database was done 2 months earlier. A buyer has told me that the database did not work with GameScript 3.0.

Well, the fact is that I am selling a database which can be used by any script or application as long as you have little knowledge of database. I have also include some samples for you to follow - but obviously I wont be provide samples for all the script/application out there.

This database will not work with Gamescript out of the box.Anyone thinking this is plug-and-play beware.

What kektex said is TRUE to a certain extend. GS and PAS are using 2-tables to describe the game information, so you will need a little bit of database knowledge to install the game.

In the package that you get, you will be getting a sample GS CSV so you can upload without too much edit. I can also provide installation for a fee but it is definitely worth it compare to buying the game pack from GS site. For GSS, since it is 1-table description, you can use my sample file without any edit.

It is definitely worth it, especially since they have quick response times and update their packages frequently.

You will need to know how to use a phpMyAdmin on your MySQL Database, but with the new GS 3.1 RC 1 it shouldn't be that hard. They did it for me since I never used phpMyAdmin before..
