Girlfriend dot mobi is what came to my mind.
I think they are good investments, and like people have already said here, companies with 2 letter abbreviations looking to get a mobile presence will want these names since they can't register LL.mobi's. For example, I just bought C-M.mobi to make a country music site, but someone mentioned that China Mobile would make a good end user.
