First and foremost you can't adjust bin prices after you receive a bid. Now you have a winner for the name and you have not read the rules for setting up an auction. I would advise you to follow through on the sale as if not then a bad trader rating can be left by "use" for this transaction. So complete the deal and read over the rules for setting up an auction.
