Traffic Info - Well, when we were actually advertising the website we had an excellent 500 unique hits a day. We have not been advertising the website much lately, as it still isnt fully completed.

Revenue information - Well, on adsense the days we were advertising we were making $17 a day! Although, i cannot show proof of that because i got kicked off, i can assure you this is no dud. We got $5 in clicksor also...

Included in Sale - The website .psd, and all of the coding. I have also SKINNED the news system it is running on. (Cute News) so that it matches with the website.

Also, included with the sale is about 30 website templates. Some of these come coded, some come sliced, and some are neither. If you would like to see images of them all please PM me. All of the templates have been made by me, or sold to me unique. Also, i havent sold ANY of the templates.

How old is your site and why are you selling - Well, first off i am selling it because i do not have time to run it anymore. I have just began 8th grade, and i really need to start focusing on my marks, and athletic career. The site is about 5 months old, and the domain can easily be renued.
