I just won an open box "Blackjack" Fusion™ Pentop Computer on eBay for $30.05 (plus $10 s&h). I'd been wanting one to play with for awhile and didn't want to spend alot (normally around $80).

Anyone here have one (the Fusion version, not the earlier v1.0)?

The one I won comes with a couple extra software packages, still sealed: Music Studio Pro and Spanish Translator Pro.

Should be interesting to play with... looks like fun! I'm primarily interested because of the handwriting recognition and it will digitize your drawings as well.

I will.. always been interested in this technology. Be great when it evolves to allow color and such to replace the graphics tablet.

There's another new tech similar to this at www.livescribe.com (not yet available)

Was just thinking: it'd be cool if they developed this so you could write down a phone number, tap it, and make a call!

I want to use mine to digitize my signature, for one..
