I don't bother posting my garbage domains here like most other users, and waste everyone's time, but I thought this was a good one...

Hey guys, I appreciate all the votes of confidence in terms of development, but I know all that already. With proper development and seo this is a top 100k Alexa rated site no problem, but I am more concerned about appraisals for the domains value itself...

I probably won't sell it for less than 10k as just a domain on its own, but I'm curious what others think about its value just as a domain.

Any more appraisals?

I got if off GoDaddy auctions...

Was going to sell it, but after closer thought, I am actually going to develop.

Already in the midst of designing, site should be up and operational within 3-4 weeks hopefully.

If you develop it properly, like a site for funny tweets/memes, you are going to get a LOT of traffic lol because i dont think theres a site for that yet

There are actually a bunch of sites already out there that do exactly that lol...

But ya, I already operate a large network of sites (Blogs, forums, e-comm's, etc...), and this site is going to be my latest addition!

As for the price, no need for PM, someone else in this thread already posted what I paid for this domain, it was the headlining domain sale one day on domaining.com's daily recap. I paid $1,014 USD, but IMO, that's still a steal of a deal, contrary to what many tools in this thread have been saying...
