A good name as it's obvious straight away what the site is and can make a nice brand, but one you need to develop as a site and show that it works (traffic, including return visitors and revenue) to get the most money, I think. People like funny stuff and sharing it, so make a site which has good social integration. For this site, it would all be in the presentation. Think beyond just videos and music as a playlist, but presenting also jokes (text) and images as part of a playlist too.
