Unfortunately, DVD's are on the decline not only in the United States, but worldwide. This is due to the likeness of the decline in music sales which was caused by millions downloading music and movies for free, rather then going out to the stores and buying the rights to possess a copy.
But this doesn't have to stop you from marketing the name or trying to resell the name. Check and see who owns similar names, and take a look at what they use them for. This will give you an idea of how to make a revenue stream.
The name itself looks good and is useful for a wide range of dvd-related services (shop, forum, etc.) and for meaningful subdomains. Looks like a wanted name across many .exts (also has some OVT searches). But still too early for good .us deals, IMO.

I agree. High $xx to low $xxx. However, IMHO you should always make a difference between resellers (like you and me :D ) and end users (someone who will actually use the domain name to sell DVDs). Might be worth more to an end user.
