My Funeral.Flowers domain has generated (to me surprisingly) $30.77 in revenue on voodoo since adding it just over a month ago on 9/11/17.
With 323 visitors.

Country visitor source distribution of:

United Kingdom 46.886%
United States 36.996%
Australia 5.495%
Canada 2.564%
Philippines 2.198%
Singapore 1.465%
Malaysia 0.733%
Spain 0.733%
Denmark 0.733%
Thailand 0.733%
UNKNOWN 0.733%
Ireland 0.366%

Didn't know the .flower extension is this well know (at least yet) to be typed in.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
That seems very unusual. Most people in the general wouldn't do a direct type-in like that.

I had in the past water.supply renewing for $500 and there were absolutely no clicks :)

typo traffic not type-in
It's the same thing. Someone going to their browser and typing in a domain name, intentionally or not.

I doubt it's a typo. What's it a typo of?

@ixex I just visited funeral.flowers and noticed it's just a blank banner with no ads, so I was wondering how you received income on this? Cheers.

So you get paid with traffic? I don't know much about parking.

Yes, first you have Visitors to a parking site, then a Visitor may click anyone of the links that you see posted, which translates to a Search. If the Visitor continues to click on the sponsored links within a Search, it is referred to as a Click. If they Click, you are paid.

You need to better monetize that traffic with a $3xx annual renewal, that is insane for MyFuneral.Flowers, I can understand for Funeral.Flowers, but not with a My in it also.

The domain is Funeral.Flowers
The "My" is referring to the domain I own.

Ok, that make sense, and the ppc could be mobile users also, if you can get an affiliate program and ramp up those earnings against click thru traffic, you might have a nice little earner on your hands. That sucks about the high renewal, even $100 would be ok, but $3xx annually really takes a bite out.

Im hearing you about the renewal.
An affiliate program, etc. is definitely on the table as you have mentioned.

Hey, yes thanks, this is what I know as parking, but your domain resolves with no links?

Right. It is just parked. That is why it is interesting to me, as I started this thread, by stating it seems people type in the (dot) flowers extension. This is what the core of the above discussion is as you see from the members as to theories of how this is happening.

Here now are the most up to date totals:

Month Visitors Searches Clicks RPM CTR RPC Revenue

2017-11-01 9 1 0 $0.00 0.000% $0.00 $0.00

2017-10-01 306 96 30 $85.55 9.800% $0.87 $26.18

2017-09-01 178 35 16 $78.28 8.990% $0.87 $13.93

That probably makes the most sense. But do people use their right ring finger to hit the space button?

Ok interesting. Though when typing two words in the urlbar, is it common by the public to type in a period (.) between words?

That would be great to know. Voodoo at this time does not indicate what devices/hardware are being used.

2017-11-09 10 4 2 $86.26 20.000% $0.43 $0.86

Again, are the Visitors really typing in "Funeral.Flowers" url?

Sorry, I tried making the columns results more in line with their respective headings but still came out to view as such.
