Im not really up on LLLL.net's and have no idea what value FUKR . net would have. ANy thoughts would greatly be appreciated (and rep will be given). Had a minimal offer on sedo yesterday for it. Should I send to auction to see where it would go or hold it?

Plently of LLLL.net still available. I'd say around the Mid $xx range

I'd call this one brandable and obviously pronounceable. All TLDs are taken, 21.9k search results, but very low search volume. My guess is high-$xx to low-$xxx right now, but value is going to go up over time as LLLL.nets get more registered.
