I'm selling an owned license for vBulletin. I've owned this license for a couple months, and it still has support for it. I never had the time to start my forum, so I'm selling it for $150 PayPal. If anyone is interested in purchasing, please let me know.

do you have to pay a yearly fee for it to be legal after paying the fee?

It's an owned license - so not obligatory, but for updates you pay a small fee.
