I am selling a few header and footer links on my webmaster resource site, Depiction, which started back in mid 2003. Depiction has over 100 tutorials, mainly for Photoshop, webmaster articles, RSS feeds, etc.
For a very long time the site was PR6, but dropped in the last PR update to PR5. I am confident that it will go back up with the next update, whenever that will be.
Anyway, I have 2 header links and 2 footer link spots available. Here are the rates:
