There is a big difference between asking price, and actual value. If it was "worth" that BuyDomains.com would have sold it.

This term has a low search volume, and end user interest. It is probably worth low $XX - Mid $XX max.

Maybe contact BuyDomains and see if they are interested in buying it off you, lol.

Perhaps you can get them to pay a low $xxx for it, seeing as they thing the .net is worth $xxxx.
