I like the color scheme, except for the fact that that shade of brown reminds me of wood, and wood is the opposite of technology / computers, so i don't really see how it fits in with a hosting company. most hosting companies go with shades of grey or black, so i guess this may set you apart from the others. however, seeing a cartoon vector woman on the homepage seems awkward to me. i'm accustomed to hosting companies having pictures of technical specialists or servers... basically, not graphics and real pictures instead. it seems to detract from the professionalism in my opinion.

also, is there any reason that you have a link to YOUR cpanel at the bottom of the site? i know that most sites just have their cpanel at /cpanel, but it still seems like your toying with fate and asking for hackers to target it... i see no reason to have that link there, unless its a cpanel link that all your customers can use to get to their respective cpanels for their hosting plans (which i doubt).

Thank you for your honest and professional review.
We will stay with the colors for now, although we will take the female into consideration... Maybe we'll change it really.

About cPanel link - If a hacker would want to hack us he would do it anyway ( I'm not talking our security is weak, because it is tight - you should know what I mean by saying that )... /cpanel or :2082 - everyone even a little bit experienced knows that, we placed that link for our newbie customers and for easy access if they are for example in school and are unable to enter their email to get to the link for cPanel - they can now just go to our site and click that link... wualla!

I am not affiliated with this site. But from general knowlege and managing a host myself cpanel is the same for everyone on the server. If a host has more then one server it would be a different loggin.

Yes, what you were thinking of is separate server. E.g.:

Server1:
-Account A
-Account B

Server 2:
-Account C
-Account D

If the link is Server1.site.com/cpanel[or :2082 or https://...:2083 what have you] then Accounts A and B can login at that point where C and D cannot. There are ways, however, to fork this login to all servers.

That's a clean little site. But the categories link box buttonsa up top spread over the banner and the definition for the bottom and sides of the bottom buttons is not there. Resize to get the definition of the borders in?

Maybe put the prices in a contrasting color so they jump out. People shop hosting by price. Either establish factors in the plan in red orange to catch browsers' attention, or put the prices in red to let potential reseller customers scan for value.

ps are there testimonials and sample sites form other customers?

I hate to say it, but after my web hosting research why not put a "what is fantastico' button on top.

Hello,

Some changes made to the website:

• Login link no longer redirects to cPanel, now it redirects to Client Area login page.
• Fixed Domains link to redirect to our domain offer/register page.
• Price color has been changed to orange
• Added a "Powered By" logo near the bottom featuring what do our servers run.
• Fixed the issue where some images didn't work properly in our Client Area

Thanks for the feedback and we are aware of the browsing problems under IE and Opera and will try to fix that ASAP.

Site design is different on the different pages when I press all menu tubs. It doesn't look well

frix host stay away

they have no real customer service nor tech support. when you go to their site and click on live sales help you always get leave a message and they do not return any messages. i made the biggest mistake by chosing them as a provider. they do not provide anything but a headache. so beware and warned
