Can anyone give me an idea what this domain might be worth?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for improving it's value? It is a partially developed site with low traffic.

I would say around low $ xxx.
You have developed it around shoe soles. You may get better traffic if you develop it towards a site about the fish sole with basic information and recipes.
A Google search for "sole" AND "shoe" gives approx. 7 million results, while a search for "sole" and "fish" gives approx. 11 million results.

Hi beachbum,
On the improving it's value part...I would have to ask a couple of questions first. Are you able to do other types of shoe sole's say maybe like tennis shoes? Can you re-sole say cowboy boots? I would think a picture or two of either one of these might offer a couple new avenue's for clients. Just my humble opinion though, Thanks, Doug
