Reg Fee as it stands...that I agree on. If you could develop it into a free video site showing fights from the UFC, Strikeforce and other ultimate fighting type associations, it could be not too foul...lol

Not sure if the term ultimate fighting is trademarked or not, that could be your only problem. If it's not...develop it because like Shane put it quite rudely, it's worth nothing as it stands.
