A freelance site depends on the user base and its features. A name like this is not exactly professional, yet I have seen some not-so-great names on some big websites. It's all about content and development.

Undevelopped, low $xx. Developped...$x xxx at least (freelance sites with lots of users make quite a bit of money)

It's brandable but I doubt you could sell it undeveloped. Note that Freelancey.com, which contains all of "freelance", is available (whoever gets it doesn't need to thank me or anything...most people don't anyways). Good luck!
