Freelance website / script

Hi all,

I have recently (this afternoon) sniped the equivalent of "cyberwork.com" in French language and I'd like to develop it into a freelance website.

My problems are :

I have no knowledge in coding (real newbie).

I have never developped such a website (only small personal webpages built with Microsoft FP)

I don't think that there is any ready-to-use freelance script in FRENCH.

What I'd like to do :

First I'd like to find a good Freelance Script (any idea ?)

And then I'd like to translate all the content from English to French ...

BUT, it that possible ?

Any comment / suggestion will help.

this is a good script that I've installed for a few people now: http://www.smarterscripts.com/freelancers/ - I think it'd be pretty easy to do up in french since a lot of it is template driven.
