I wouldn't accept that offer. $500 to $750 is fair movement, but not good enough. Not much you can do if the seller isn't willing to raise it. Hold, unless you're happy to accept $750. IMO
It's up to you. All I know is it's worth much more than $750. Worse names go for ten times that every week. A site on that name could make $750 in the blink of an eye. I think it's a really good name.
I don't know your situation, but I wouldn't be even entertaining offers of less than $10k right now. My first thought was it easy has to be worth five figures.
