I just don't understanding this. Can you explain what a "free dune" is?

I actually own DuneNet in king and therefore like the keyword 'dune' quite a lot. That said, it is great in my mind as secondary keyword while the primary has to be something strong...like 'net' for example. FreeDune is okayish I guess but don't expect more than a couple hundred bucks for it if at all. Good luck, may the sales be with you.
