I am not a programmer and do not know coding at all.

I am looking for: Free and Real Easy to use Tutorials.

I am ok with both regular or flash/video tutorials.

I need as much help as possible.

Basically looking for:

1. General usage

2. Themes/skins/templates etc.

3. I am not sure what is pluggin creation (excuse my lack of knowledge)

I am looking for some thing that makes life easier whether its tutorials and/or add ons.

I need some guidance.

Rick have you checked out the WordPress website. Last I saw they had a pretty good FAQ/support system.
