Research List of Vetted Expired Domain Auctions
Hi guys, we are the founders of DomainResearchLabs.com, a portal dedicated to providing free tools and data aimed at helping users find valuable domains among the thousands of expired assets that go up for auction everyday at Godaddy.
We have been buying and selling domains for over 3 years now, and while we have enjoyed working with domains that hold high commercial value due to their length and/or catchy words, we have also focused our efforts on what are known as SEO domains, or domains that hold value due to the strength of their link profile and metrics rather than their sole brand appeal. The demand for these domains has increased dramatically over the last few years, and the prices you can ask and get for them can run into the hundreds (often thousands) of dollars depending on the asset's metrics, niche and target client, so acquiring one of these domains can be a great addition to your portfolio.
What we do is take care of the heavy lifting for you by scanning thousands of expired domain auctions every day to provide you with a selection of the best available assets. We do this by weeding out domains with toxic or weak profiles, thus leaving only those with a solid and clean link profile that in turn will offer the highest value and resale potential. This process involves, among other things, checking each domain for spam score, TF score and other important metrics.
The result of this research is a list of vetted domains with a Moz spam score below 5 and a Majestic TF of 10 or more, with the inclusion of the Whois age and topical category, as well as additional information in our sortable and filterable list such as referring domains, total number of links and the presence of backlinks from Wikipedia. So, in this newsletter we will be sharing our daily research list of vetted expired domains that are up for auction so you can go straight to the best assets without wasting any time or money.
