Plenty of free url redirection sites, but here's one that doesn't require you to signup (!) and displays no ads, as well as being 100% free:

it would be better if it was you.goshrink.com but goshrink.com/you is good enough for some people.

Maybe a note to the webmaster might rectify that.. but I think the point is a shortened url for affilate and referral links if nothing else.
