The traffic comes in spurts because as soon as I advertise the site somewhere (which will be released to the winner), there is an immediate wave of traffic and then it dies off over the next few days. There is always consistent traffic though, just peaks after I advertise.

This is simply a free online image upload site. I did the design and the logo myself so winning binner will have full rights to them.
The backend is a turnkey image hosting script. All rights to this script will be transferred as well since it is coming as part of the site itself.
So far, I have invested around $100 into the site - that includes hosting (see below) and advertising. I will not disclose my methods of advertising, which are very effective, publicly - only to the winner.
