I know Google loves the secure website and there is also a special update for hptts but still, there are many websites those are not secure with https but I wanna know,

Is there any online tool or way make secure a website with https as free?

if you are using wordpress, yes. you can use cloudflare free ssl via a plugin in wordpress.

Some web hosting companies more or less automatedLetsEncrypt so that it is very easy to implement (literally just click to turn it on). I do it through EcoWebHostingUK and it works like a charm, but many other hosting companies support it too.

Https is free at some web hosting companies via Cpanel. Not all SSL is the same but what you may get free is adequate for most purposes.

You must know what you’re doing with https redirects within .htaccess especially when you have multiple sites on one server or you could end up with some screwy redirects.
