FREE sub-domains

[Earthian]

I found these sites ...

They offer completely free subs (sub-domains) forever (or so they say ...)
No hosting , no ads , no CC , no catches (please read the ToS for more details)
All sites offer free forwarding to your site and they say they will have free email in the future ...

cydots.com ... (registration page , pull-down menu with all available extensions)

joynic.com ... (registration page)

duonic.com ... (registration page)

europnic.com ... (registration page)

nic.de.vu ... (registration page)

smartdots.com ... (registration page)

popnic.com ... (registration page)

nic.de.be ... (registration page)

unonic.com ... (registration page)

tipdots.com ... (registration page)

mediadots.com ... (registration page)

I know they are subs (and not really valuable) but maybe some people could find a use for them ...

examples ...

you have a (girl)friend called Kate in the US: you give her Kate.US.Ms (ms as in miss Kate) as a gift
she can even use the forwarding to her myspace profile for example (if she doesn't have a site) ... it's free ... and forever (no renewals) ...

you have an electronics shop called electronics and you want to have a snappy address for your terms and conditions page: you get electronics.shop.tc

you are an MD in the UK named John Doctor but don't want to pay the .md costs: you get JohnDoctor.uk.md

your girl (named Kate) is cool as a cat: you give her Kate.ca.tt

you want a domain named AdvertiseIt: you get Advertise.it.tt

your name is Jim Denr: you get Jim.De.nr

you want to make a hack (domain) for free and the extensions available are suitable: eg. sal.es.tc

anyway you get the idea ... Hope they are useful ...

In unrelated news , new information has surfaced on the famous $218 Trillion (with a T) phone bill ... (In comparison US GDP is $12 Trillion)

it seems that the police has located the phone number to belong to the father of miss Joey ... :p

it is suspected that miss Joey (also known as Malaysia) spent that amount by being continuously logged-in to a well-known domainers' forum called NamePros ...

Miss Joey admitted that she made the phone charges and stated that she will sell one or two of her good domains and pay the bill ... :p

That's what I was thinking too. I will take "A Wreck" from Potbelly in Chicago. Extra hot peppers.

I thought it was a free subs day at subway

Good resources anyways.

I thought it was a free subs day at subway

I've edited the title to say "FREE sub-domains" to avoid any further confusion.

Geez... you'd think none of us had eaten in days. :p

Great , db , first you highjack my thread with your marinara ... then you move it to another forum ... now you change the title ...

... when you move it to another website ... at least tell me which one , so I can go there and read the rest of the posts ... :p
