Free SMS Script Needed

I'd like to launch a new site for a particular country to provide free SMS messaging to mobile phones.

I will build the site myself, I just need a script that will be sending the SMS messages to mobile phones for free right from the site.

Do you guys know where could I get the script?

Well , I do charge you 200 $ for a script like this....
It would need PHP , Ajax and server technologies..
First , you must get the right of usage permission
from any SMS Service provider or server. Ex. you
can use Yahoo SMS engine ..... or Skype... anyone.
