Im trying to make an online radio station, basically i will broadcast non comercial music, like a demos of amateurs bands and similar stuff.
Im looking a host which allow me at least 50 listener

I have no money but i can paid in NP$, not to much, because first i want to see how it goes

I can put adds in my radio station if you give me a a free shoutcast hosting
also i can give my avatar space for life , i can post in your forum,etc

please feel free to write any offer about shoutcast hosting

Not sure you can get this I have seen alot of these people wanting shoutcast for free, first off shoutcast uses alot of transfer and it uses a bit of the server cpu and ram. Alot don't even offer it paid because of that. I have a radio station going and it uses alot of transfer you can go through several 100 gigs a month easy if it gets big. But I hope you can find someone thanks.

unless you somehow manage users allowed to connect to you itl be imposible to only have 50 people listening.

Im looking prices and plans, range is $0.50 per slot or listener at 24kbps
i saw this plans: 25 listener, 50 listeners, 75 listeners.
so is posible to limit numbers of listener
