I've used this site extensively to learn more about SEO. The free tools section is awesome and will really help shed some light on where you need to work on your SEO efforts.

One caution though, the forums are not the most welcoming. You are very much expected to perform a comprehensive search on the site and to read the full documentation regarding the application/language you are having problems with before asking any questions. If you do otherwise, expect to get flamed. Not the most n00b-friendly forums, but still rich with knowledge.
