Thanks for your mixure of opinions. But it really works well.

I got this type and earning $200+ every month.

The setup itself is a well planned one. You can just start it in a minute. Even if you have just a domain, they take of the hosting if you want to dedicate that domain for your hosting business. So you can try and start it.
