I am lost.....Was their an agreement for him not to resell the code after the site was sold? Even if he is the same person and he sold you the site, and there was no mention he couldn't resell the code he created then there should be no problem with him reselling the code. This is the reason they make non-compete documents you should always have the seller fill out if purchasing high priced sites.

I purchased the site from Leo. We had an agreement that he could sell the script until the end of June, 2005 (could have been July 05, I will have to go back and look at the PM). After that point, he had no right to resell the script. I own full rights to the site and the script. We have an agreement.

I work with Leo and use his account at SP. Do you have a written agreement that the script can not be resold? Please send me PM and stop trashing this thread (both of us)
