I see this in many sale threads. What does Free Push mean?

Free push means the name which you are selling can be pushed to the buyer's account with Free (no other fees.)

Yep, simply free ownership transfer, as opposed to there being a transfer fee. Luckily most registrars today are offering free pushes.

Most of them like namecheap, godaddy, enom, registerfly has when you have account with them.
Is it true that transferring a name between same registrar is always a "free push"?
