The easy answer is $3500 based on monthly income, assuming you'd allow some validation.
The name itself is keyword rich and might bring a low three figures for SEO.
Gut reaction is $3600 assuming the $300 is accurate, although that's a little high for a conversion ratio for a forum with 50-60 uniques...

thank you for the response. I would like to add the money comes in mostly from advertising (banners, text links) and only a little (usually 100 or so) come from affiliate programs. Thanks again so much for your appraisal...any others?

Based on the thread count over 11 months I would say it isn't worth much at all. 1k maybe. I'm assuming that this income comes from... ads or something? The site doesn't look that good either.

Ok, If I were to buy this site i would probably give you around $2500-3000.. based on the monthly income this site receives.. If I were to base my price on the traffic you receive / day I would probably offer around $100.

The exact worth depends on the amount of money spent on advertisement versus the $300/mth made (net profit might only be $25/mth)...and that's not been clarified. Until then, the $2-3k range of worth noted above sounds a bit risky to any potential buyer.
