I would look first how big the buyer is. Is it a small business? An e-commerce site or a chain store?

If I have the above information, my counter offer would range from $1100 to $6500.

The biggest problem with this domain is the hyphen. Keywords are nice. But the phrase itself is awkward lending to poor brandability. If you have a buyer at any price, I would accept. Then avoid all hyphenated domains in the future.

Agreed. I was thinking 1-3k. I've sold a few hyphen domains but this one is different because it is a little vague...and thus came the request for opinions.
