No revenue yet but I have received a completed referral for an iPod Shuffle through one of the links, haven't checked the others. Even if you decide not to use this site to promote those offers you can easily sell text links and recoup your investment. It's a Google PR4, all backlinks are natural and will remain once transferred to the new owner. Registered at GoDaddy. First $40 via PayPal will get it. The site has 8 backlinks, 4 of them is from some blogs that looks very similar to each other and has the same links on the left. Are those yours? Or how are those natural? It could be but for me unlikely.

IF those links are natural and will stay there, then SOLD.
