Submitdotcom is currently a brand new starting out web directory. We offered free link submissions , although from time to time each month we switched the reciprocal requirement on.

Please don't turn away because of this, our site could grow larger
and who knows, by 2007, we could be at PR 6 and is doing paid submissions.

I'd like to be on your site, but in order to correct reciprocal since mine is a directory site of sorts also, visit http://stateexams.org, just mine is more specific, but if you create an account on my site that would act as the reciprocal, it's free to add your site, just add it to the free category.

I don't think my site fits in with yours in the catergories. You can just add my site to yours if you want in your admin panel without a description or add my link somewhere on your page.

Reciprocal is free. Free as in you don't have to pay. Its not 100% the same but I mean you never had to go to your paypal and take out $1.

Its not really that hard to add a linnk to your site but anyways. :D
