If you order a plan from CHB, you are bound by this tos even if you have not read all or part of this agreement.

Privacy Policy - CHB will not give away any information (email,address, etc) to any third part organization unless legally forced to.
Limitations -
a) content on your website that contains racism, offensive content, or anything inappropriate will get you account deleted.
b) doing any damage to CHB property will get your account deleted.
c) if you include any copyrighted content, without a viewable content source will get your account deleted.

Problems - CHB will not be held responsible for any lost data or downtimes.

Well, that's what's on my server provider's TOS, so I can't do anything about it really. Anyways, my server provider keeps daily backups so it's very rare that all your files will be lost.

btw what is the 5$ kanoodle credit for?

errr.... am a bit confused.... in ur main site it says free hosting upto 5Gb / 10Gb b/w but in the hosting page, it says upgradable... what does that mean?

Account Created. 5$ Kanoodle credit is advertising credit. Kanoodle is like Google Adsense. You just get to use $5 for advertising your website, for free.

Upgradable means that if you have a previous plan (like CHB Plus), and you've used 75% of the webspace/transfer, you can request for a free upgrade.
