it lasts quite long until a channel loads and I have broadband. Every few secs it stops and has to load. From where do you get all those channels??

it depends on the channel you're watching. I do not provide the streaming solutions the channel does. This site merely brings them altogether in one place. If it is one of the adult channels on the Windows player that is because those are very popular and many times cannot handle the amount of people viewing them.
