Hey SKp, i just installed it as well and wowwww its great!!!!! It works fine for me.

I just tested yours and i think i know what the problem is. (even i know very little about php )

Go to the admin panel > Settings. You left "Images" as the deafult folder where all the uploads will go. Did u create this folder on your server? If not, u must creat it and set the CHMOD to 0777. Also, in the box where you have to enter the "Incoming Directories", you should enter something like this :

Images, /home/user/public_html/Images/,http://www.altereddesigns.com/Images/ (if u created Images folder in the root directory).
