Just in case anyone wants to know there in NO read-me file with the download so heres what I did, Hope this helps / works for you.

I setup my mysql data base information using cpanel. and then entered the info in the config.php file and then also in admin/mysql.php file.
then uploaded the files and set the "uploads" folder to chomd 777
and then Ran yourdomain.com/install.php Running this set the tables.

I must have done it correctly because its working fine for me.

You can change it from inside your control panel.

There are actually a few free image hosting scripts out there. Those of you that have used this script. Would you mind taking a look at the script I am running here imagebed.com and tell me which is better??? I have not really put any time at all into this site yet but you can at least get a feel for the script. I will gladly change the script to this one if you guys think it's better then what I am using...
