I find myself using the same crappy buttons on websites because that is all I have. Everyone knows that buttons and icons are a integral part of any website. So it’s always back to the drawing board and start making new icons!

It's nice but still can't use all of them for commercial purposes. Also have to include link to designers website for most of the commercial uses. No free lunch!
