When requesting, we ask that you please fill out this form otherwise your request will be ignored.
We'd also appreciate that if you no longer wish to use our services that you would kindly email us and tell us that you're cancelling your account and tell us ways to improve our services (this is optional).
This way, we can remove your account and make space for other clients.
