Right now i am trying to get my summer project running just holding me back is the prices web companies want. i don't even have a bank account nor do i have paypal. i prefer to do things yearly rather then monthly i am just only after like a small amount of space and like....a bit of bandwidth so i can upload my portal system for my summer project. i need 1 sql database which would be nice if possible. i know it is cheeky but hard without places to pay for the hosting, and normally when i see people buying hosting the company closes after 1 year.

found this pretty quick... didnt spend too much time looking through it, but there are many to choose from with different options available

there are some who do allow commercial sites free of charge also
