Free hosting needed for VBulletin forum - You get top banner!

I have the domain SportsForum.biz which I will be developing with a vb owned license. Anyways, I need hosting! Free needed as I can't afford per month. You'll get a top banner (average size) and whatever else you request.
MUST HAVE CPANEL and enough room without getting bandwidth errors. Also vbulletin requires PHP 4.3.3 or greater and MySQL 4.0.16

well i'm afraid at this point i'm gonna stick with the banner on top. This is a great domain with traffic, good advertising for a hosting company.

A hosting provider would prefer money. Whether it be NP$ or $. A banner on a new forum is basically useless to a host unless it has obvious potential. Sports forums are everywhere. Nevertheless good luck in your search.
