My website has DollFollow, so if you comment, search engines and other people on the site will pick up your url. Basically its free backlinking and hits. You can comment on any poll throughout the website. When commenting, theres a field called Website. Just put your link there. If you spam with comments that do not relate to the topic, then they will be removed. Just comment towards polls that you can relate, and your link will also show up for comment author link. Please do not put your website as your name just put the website in the website field where it is allowed. Its good backlinking and hits.
You can comment has much as you want, more backlinks for you that way. There is no limit, just don't spam.
If you register an account, your comment backlinks will be indexed faster and better since all of your comments are linked together.
When registered, just go to profile options and add your website to the website field.
