Hi Shaun, I didn't post my portfolio here originally because it contains mostly adult sites, is that OK here? If so, I will post it. Someone saw this post today and sent me a PM asking if I could code a 'scraper' for them with a web interface.

Requirements: It must take a list of page URLs and a domain TLD as input, then scrape all the links from each of those pages that match the TLD, and then output each link and its anchor text in CSV format.

It took me just over an hour to create, here it is:

I built the interface/design as a theme made of template files, similar to Wordpress themes but much simpler, so it's very easy for him to customize and/or integrate it into other sites and software.

Just wrote a 'Anchor Finder' for someone else based on the Scrape TLD code I wrote above.

Requirements: enter any domain name, and a list of page URLs, and it will find all the anchors and anchor text to the domain name from within all the pages, and output a list of each in CSV format so that you can easily import it into Excel and other applications.

Useful if you want to check that a site/page (or big list of sites/pages) is linking to your domain, what page on your domain it is linking to, and what the anchor text is.

For this I used more Ajax so that the page does not have to be reloaded to get the results. And just like the other app, the interface is based on a theme made up of template files, very similar to Wordpress themes, so it is very easy to customize and/or integrate into existing sites/software.

'Webmaster Tools' and 'SEO Tools' are something that i'm very very used to working on. Want a tool? I'll code it for you for free!

Everything I do is W3C standards compliant, valid (X)HTML(5)/CSS(3). I write neat, tidy, well-commented code and documented applications. I have 8+ years web site/application development experience with the ever-popular LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and JavaScript, Linux server configuration and optimization, but i'm also familiar with a lot of other things, other languages like Perl, Python, Ruby, ASP.NET / C# / VB.NET, many other web servers, and many other database systems SQL and otherwise. I'm always trying to keep up to date with the latest trends - I'm already building complex web applications with Node.js and other technologies that we are going to see much more of in coming years. I also have a lot of search engine optimization experience and 6+ years Internet Marketing / Social Media Marketing / Affiliate Marketing experience, so unlike a lot of other programmers who just do the tech, I know what works and have bottom line results in mind from the very start. While i'm not a graphic designer, I am very used to doing everyday tasks with Photoshop and other applications, and I can create clean, elegant layouts and user interfaces.

I have so far got a lot of work from this post, so now i'm a little busy at the moment, please only send requests for smaller projects, unless you are willing to wait a while, or willing to pay a small price to jump the que (i'll still beat any price from any other developer of my standard) and if you do like the work, any small tip you want to donate is greatly appreciated, I have a 2 year old daughter that i'm trying to support!

Please, don't send me messages like "so can u do a video script 4 me 4 free plz let me no thnx" Because really, "video script" eugh, that could mean ANYTHING, how am I supposed to know what you want from that? and then when I ask you, don't say "well i'm not a programmer so I don't know" becuase well, i'm not a f*cking mind reader, so I don't know, either! I need a detailed list of the requirements! Page by page, feature by feature. If you don't even know what you want, you probably shouldn't be doing it, anyway!
