Free Custom coded web layout

Website has a custom made CMS, coded mainly in css. Honestly, I have no idea whether or not its valid. I know the preview isn't b/c theres a lot of bugs on the preview uploaded vs. whats on my other pc @ work.( cant access it to upload it)
