As my original thread / post was very old, the thread was closed
so i had to make another....
My 600+ freebie templates use the free CMS system from cmsimple.com and are of course, free to download instantly.
It's a flat file type system, no MYSQL or database, so super easy to install at less that 100kbs
My templates are linkware, so download all you want, edit them if needed etc
