Duplicate content will not help you rank in search engines, in fact it will hurt your search engine rankings.

you can look for free PLR articles dealing with your subject... those you do not have to put any source... but that again could be the duplicate content issue

put anything as long its not duplicate coz that will hurt u more than help so ..... think abt this
